As a core foundational material for engineering construction, high-performance concrete’s technological innovations in energy conservation, emission reduction, environmental friendliness, intelligence and efficiency serve as a key pillar for driving the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and achieving ecologically coordinated development. To focus on green and low-carbon technological innovation in the concrete sector, address industry pain points such as high resource consumption, high energy use, cumbersome construction processes and insufficient environmental adaptability in engineering applications, and build a platform for domestic and international academic exchanges, technical discussions and achievement transformation, the 16th High-Performance Concrete Academic Symposium will be held in Jinan, Shandong Province in 2026.

This academic symposium will pool the expertise of domestic and international experts, share cutting-edge research findings and major engineering practices, advance the progress and development of high-performance concrete technology, promote the application and development of new theories, new methods, new equipment and new performance testing and evaluation technologies for high-performance concrete in construction projects, and jointly inject green and intelligent new momentum into various types of engineering construction.
